Is there a general average length of time when a product is official released, since the time it received 100% needed commitments to go into production?

Not really Jason, it all depends on things like:

The number of pages & words/page. Mixture of languages, complexity of extra tagging , etc.

In the First post Jason asked

YES, there is an average time – But no one wants to tell us because of the items listed in the second post

They do not want to get our hopes up

What we want is something like: project X will not be released for at least 1 year and maybe 5 years

But project Y should only take six months (maybe 9)

And Z about a time, times and half a time (Then we have to wonder if that is in real time or day for year time?)
