Hearing the Message of Daniel was previously in Vyrso. It's now on Pre-Pub in Logos. Frankly I'm not worried whether it's in Vyrso or Logos or whether my version gets upgraded, but have books that have previously been in Vyrso gone through Pre-Pub before appearing in Logos before? (I know some books have transferred before, but I've never spotted them going through Pre-Pub though.)

Yep, it’s happened many times before. Another example was the Moody Bible Commentary one volumen. It even was in prepub on Vyrso and then again on prepub when it moved to Logos.
I see other vyrso books on prepub in Logos and they appear grayed out for me.

It indeed has happened many times before as long as it is the same edition, the logos version will be a free update on release... Now if it is in Logos "New and updated 2nd edition" in that case no. But many times books have migrated and typically books are upgraded free of charge only on the off chance they are not the same book would I expect there not to be a free update. I know of at least one of the New Covenant commentaries that went from verse to Logos and it was a free update for those of us who had purchased it in Vyrso.

The ones that have turned into Logos resources for me have gone through pre-pub as far as I can remember. I thought that was the usual process.

Yes, always.

Obviously I haven't been very observant!
I guess I tend to buy commentaries, which appear in Vyrso less regularly for obvious reasons.
