Problems with ESV

I am having 2 problems with the ESV bible:
1) the cross reference hyperlinks do not work
2) the space bar no longer scrolls down (since A19)
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Stephen:
Could you specify the hyperlink and its location which you are trying to use?
Spacebar scrolling should be back in A20 unless something happens between now and next week.

I cannot access any hyperlinks to cross references at all. When I hover over the link, I see the cross reference, but it will not link when I click.

Could you tell me exactly what links it is you are trying? The more precision the better. Screenshots are good as well.

Please see the attached screen shot:
If I hover over the "m" at the beginning of v.23 I see the cross reference, but if I click on the "m" nothing happens. I would assume it is meant to take me to that cross reference, but it doesn't. It is the same for the "n" and the "o" and the "p" (I think you get the idea). I realized it happens on other bible translations as well.

Hi Sephen
I don't know if it is supposed to work like this but I am experiencing the same behaviour.
However the reference appears in the information window - with the text of the reference - and from there I can go to the reference in context,

The links are not links directly to other books per se. Mike's observation is correct. They are the same footnotes you would see if you had paper ESV in your hands.Except clicking on the references is faster in Logos4 than flipping to the page.

That's great. Thanks for clearing that up. It works as designed.
My only comment then would be that it would be useful if the Information tab opened up when we click on the reference. I just kept clicking it, not know that I had to open another tab in order to see the results.

Tommy,
I also can't click on the link in the popup. It disappears. Right-click doesn't open up the reference either. My old windows version would let me click through to see the link. Is there a setting I should change?

Stephen:
Since it is not a link at all nothing happens when the footnote indicators are clicked, they just display a tool-tip (the box that appears with the citation). The information window does appear though if you do a search from the HomePage. You can also open it manually by typing "show information" in the command bar and hitting enter.
Scott:
I see in the Windows version the citation in the tool-tip is a hyperlink. I'm not sure if it is a bug or a feature missing. I'll log a bug report about that though because it should be there.
