Hi,

I've purchased the study and cannot start video on my MAC. I can watch videos of other courses like Romans, Judges.

I'm very very disappointed with Logos. Not only I cannot study Deuteronomy. I also cannot download Carson's sermons (audio) on Android and Logos apps crashes every time when I kicked on "Media Download".

I cannot download anything offline with Logos apps running on IOS (iphone & ipad).

I logged the above two download faults with support and it looks to me the issues has been swept under the carpet.

May the support team please have at a look at the above issues?

At this stage, I can only conclude FaithLife/Logos product quality and service are poor.

I can only respond to your issues with the OT312 videos. We ran into an issue when we updated some of the videos for this course. We're working on resolving it now. The videos are working for me on Android if you want to try watching them there. We'll get them back up and working on the Mac desktop app as soon as we can. I apologize for the inconvenience.

All the OT312 videos should be working now.
