Please help,

There is a graph I don't know how to understand it.

You can see the attached picture,

the left hand side there is a graph with different bible version in different area in the square,

and also the square have few colors bar with different size in the right hand side.

I don't know how to understand it.

Please teach me, thank you~

Left graph: Cluster Graph

It's unknown what the x or y dimensions are, other than a difference of translations.  Essentially, the greater the translation difference, the greater the graph distance. Unknown as to exactly what is different (word, order, etc).

Right graph: Translation River

This is good for multiple verses (starting top to bottom), each color a translation. Wide area = really different translations. Narrow area = translations very similar.

If you search the Logos7 help resource for either graph name, you can see the official story also.
