Logos 7 Won't Open

The desktop application has been crashing for the past several weeks. Windows shuts it down. I finally dug into the forums. Opened again with Ctrl. Attaching log file. 1050.Logos Log Files.zip

Hi Jeremy

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

A quick look at your logs shows you are running an old version (7.9) of Logos.

Try updating Logos to the current version - type command "update now" in the command bar - and see if that helps.

If Logos doesn't stay running long enough to do that, please advise

Attaching log file.

LogosCrash.txt shows Logos 7.9 SR-1 running on an older version of Windows 10.

Windows 10 needs updating (.NET Framework 4.7) => New Minimum Windows OS requirement for 7.10 before can update to a newer Logos 7 version.

Faithlife Free Support => https://www.logos.com/support/free-support shows Windows 10 "Anniversary Update" is supported (newer than Windows 10 build in LogosCrash.txt)

Thanks everyone, that did the trick - my automatic updates weren't so automatic on my work computer! Appreciate it.
