BUG: Strange Behavior with Search Fields (4.0c)

Here is how to duplicate the problem:

Open search
I have "Search All text in ESV" selected in Basic search
I have 6 options under search fields -- Bible, footnote, heading, Later textual addition, surface, and Words of Christ. That is correct.

Bible search -- I have the same search fields

Morph search -- I have the same search fields

While in Morph search, switch bible to NASB95
Now only 2 search fields are shown

Now go back to BIble search and do not change anything (still ESV Bible), select the field list, and now I only have 3 search fields -- Later textual addition, surface, and Words of Christ.

The same is true for basic search

Of course, the expected result is for the search fields to be consistent.
