What makes MacArthur Commentaries worth it if you own the sermon archives?

They have been edited, outlined and tagged professionally.  You don‘t have to read the entire manuscript and figure out what are the main points and subpoints...With the commentaries you just jump right to them. You have been spared the church setting introductions (e.g. This evening we will continue with...) which don’t always make sense.  One thing, though, the sermons include some Old Testament sections, which the commentaries don‘t have.

I took the plunge when there was a flash sale of 50% off. I would have never been able to get them at 35% off, I consider that to be too expensive for me.  The competition offers them at 50% off very often, but this was a set I wanted to have in Logos.

Thanks DAL. I think I’ll wait for a 50% off deal again

I agree. This deal should have been 50% off - certainly not 35% off.
