Start-up Failure

The other day I initiated a restore point on my Windows 7 comp and since then Logos won't start up.

I've tried starting it directly from the the file folder and I've tried to run it as an administrator, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated - Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

as a first step, I would try Repairing Logos from the Windows Control Panel.

if that doesn’t work we would need to see diagnostic logs - details at https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging 

And what version of Logos do you have? I ask because you posted in the Logs 5 forum and the current version is Logos 7

PS: Running Logos as Administrator isn’t recommended and unlikely to help

Hi Graham, thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm using Logos 7. In my haste I posted in the wrong forum. How do I use the repair tool in Control Panel, I would like to try that first.
