Logos 7 (7.16.0.12) crash when starting.

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread after a crash

Hi Graham,

Thanks for the hints.

I try to follow Step 1: Enable Logging. But when I hold the "CTRL" key, only following window shows up:

No "Sign in" window shows up.

Any other way to make the log file ?

Please try step 4 in the link I sent you to see if that enables logging
