I just wanted to point out that this resource could use a little push.  I know it is newish but these are great books for cheap and I’d love it if we can get them into production.  Posted some reviews below.  If you were to buy these on Amazon (in the US) at least you’d be looking at $50.  Half-Price Here @ Logos!!!

Historical Reliability on John Reviews

"This is a book with extraordinary strengths. In form it harks back to the approach of Sanday in 1872: Blomberg not only tackles many topical questions but works through the Gospel itself, chapter by chapter, asking pertinent historical questions. The evenhandedness of the evaluation, the eminent good sense of so many of the judgments and the clarity of the exposition (not to mention the excellent bibliography) conspire to make this an outstandingly useful book." (D. A. Carson, research professor of New Testament, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Illinois)

"There has been no full-length defense of the historicity of John's Gospel for some years. Blomberg fills that void, taking us through the text and interacting intelligently with more skeptical scholars. I warmly welcome his sane contribution to the discussion and hope it will be given the attention it deserves by scholars and students alike." (David Wenham, lecturer in New Testament, Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, England)

"Not since John A. T. Robinson's work has there been such a 'tour de force' argument about this Gospel and its origins and historical substance. Highly recommended." (Ben Witherington III, professor of New Testament, Asbury Theological Seminary)

"The Historical Reliability of John's Gospel accomplishes exactly what is needed at this juncture in Johannine scholarship: a decisive vindication of the integrity of John's Gospel in matters of history." (Andreas Köstenberger, assistant professor of New Testament, Southeastern Baptist Seminary)

Historical Reliability on the Gospel Reviews

"This volume offers the most complete, accurate and up-to-date defense of a maximalist approach to the Jesus tradition." (Thomas E. Phillips, Religious Studies Review, September 2008)

"If you want an up-to-date, clear and compelling presentation of the evidence for the historical accuracy of the Gospels, this is the book for you!" (Gregory Goswell, New Life, March 6, 2008)

"I warmly recommend this book." (Pieter J. Lalleman, Journal for the Study of the New Testament, 31.5, 2009)

"This new edition provides further interaction with the larger field of scholarship of the past twenty years. Designed for both the informed layperson and theological student/scholar, Historical Reliability sets forth arguments for the gospels as historically sound sources. For the general readership, the central argument is set forth in an engaging and accessible manner. For those more interested in particular issues covered by Blomberg, the footnotes provide access to the context of the discussion. Although not everyone will agree with his conclusions, Blomberg sets forth a compelling case worthy of consideration. For scholar, theological student, and layperson alike, Historical Reliability is a valuable text." (Michael Naylor, The Expository Times, March 2009)

I am very surprised that this has had such a slow progression.  I would think this would be popular.

I’ll skip this one.  Having books on the reliability of the NT kind of makes this one a “must not have.” Maybe that’s why it’s still gathering interest.

Well thank you for at least taking the time to look at that and think on it. Books like these are immensely helpful for me and my apologetics classes. Everyone has a different bone to pick with the Bible and these books are great because when you can show the little details are correct why would someone lie on the big ones? The book on John is especially helpful in bringing out those details in that gospel alone. Fingers crossed
