Some thoughts BEFORE upgrading to L8 (not meant for a big discussion. Just something to think about)

BEFORE upgrading to L8, please consider a few things. Probably a little late for this now.

1. We know that there will be a small (and sometimes big) learning curve.

2. We know (especially from past experience) that there will be some bugs.

3. We also know that there will be some things we won't initially like.

Considering these points, look at the launch event and other VIDEOS for a few days before jumping in may prepare you.

Personally, I'm experiencing each of the above 3, but all in all, I like the new system. In about a month or so, I probably will love it. Smile

Great points, Erwin. I recall a parishioner advising me to be on "the leading edge of technology" but not on "the bleeding edge." Being a slow learner this advice has served me well. It's also worth noting how long we have to decide before the big discounts go away[:D]

Good question concerning discounts. I am a Connect user, so I got the program upgrade tight away, but I won't be able to upgrade like I want to for about a month unless I get gifted an upgrade sooner.
