Notebook not syncing from mac to web

I am trying to share a notebook from my desktop app and for some reason the content from the notebook will not sync to the web app or documents web app (documents.logos.com). 

The notebook makes it, but my notes do not. Any thoughts?

Hi Allen - and welcome to the forums

Can you expand a little on what you are trying to do please?

By default - notes you create should sync across all platforms you are using so you should be able to see them in the web app and they will sync to documents.logos.com (like you I don't see notes in notebooks synced to documents.logos.com - which is probably a bug).

But that is a different thing to sharing a notebook - which is about making it publicly available.

So I'm trying to understand which of these you are having problems with

Thanks for the response Graham.

I believe the issue may be one-in-the-same.

My notebook's content is not syncing (I agree that this is probably a bug and am glad to know you are experiencing the same), which is keeping it from being able to be viewed with the person I am sharing it with. They, like me, are able to see the notebook, but no content.

Hi Allen

im not sure they are the same issue. While I don’t see notebook contents in documents.logos.com the contents are synced and I see them on my iPad in the mobile app. 

ill try and look into this further later but won’t be able to for a while

Leaving aside documents,Logos.com can you check if Notes you create on the desktop are visible in the web app?

If they are, and i expect they will be, it shows sync is working within your account
