Reinstallation of Logos 6

I had to reinstall my logos 6 due to a system upgrade and reload of windows 10. I've downloaded and reinstalled the logos 6 portfolio package but when I get the login box it fails to log me in. 

I can successfully login to the account on the logos.com web site.

I'm not sure what is going on? 

My network connectivity is good as Im able to reach other sites and other accounts I have elsewhere.

There have been some back-end changes to support new security requirements - these are outlined at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/173472.aspx 

More details - including a recommendation to upgrade (for free) to Logos 7 Basic - are at https://www.logos.com/logos-7-update 

Does this help and enable you to get things working again?

You can also install a security update to get it back working:

That took care of the issue. I updated to version 7. Is there a free base upgrade to version 8?

Glad you have it working again

there isn’t a free upgrade to Logos 8 as yet. This should be available sometime in early 2019 but we don’t have a date yet
