Hi 

I clicked on some offer link a week or two back about Faithlife Connect, expecting a confirmation screen, only to find that I'd actually signed up for Faithlife Connect. The information on the pages in question didn't seem to make clear what I was actually doing.

I visit the Subscriptions page in my Faithlife account, and the sub is listed there, due for renewal on the 16th Jan, but there is no way to cancel it.

How do I cancel it?

You have your auto-renew turned off, so you won't be charged on Jan 16th. You're welcome to enjoy what Faithlife Connect has to offer until then, and it will cancel automatically at that time. If you want to continue using it after Jan 16th, you'll need to associate a billing profile and turn auto-renew back on.
