Logos refuses to connect - problem exists for my account on 3 different computers

When I open Logos it refuses to connect to my account.  I have done the winsock reset, my updates are up to date.  I have never used proxies and am making the attempt from my home network.  My internet works and is 100 mbps.  I am also having this problem on multiple computers, all with the same account.

I love Logos, I use it ever day of my life.  Please help ASAP.
