I recently upgraded to version 8, bronze package. I have a rather extensive library from previous versions. As I've gotten older and less able, I find myself needing simplicity. I watched the video on making notes in version 8. Completely over my head. Is there a way to make a simple note (a thought from my own self) about a given passage, etc.? Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I now understand it. Is there any way to highlight a certain verse in a passage in the note. (Passage: Matthew 6:7 – 15)  In the note, I would like to use a yellow highlight emphasizing verse 15. Thanks again.

You cannot highlight what is called the Anchor in the Note

If you want to highlight the passage you have taken your note on, you can do so by selecting the Highlight style you desire for that verse or passage. The style you select will be added to the verse or passage the note is anchored to
