It doesn't look as though this is a beta-specific issue - the course doesn't show up in my stable 8.2 system either.

What I've just noticed on my beta system is that only one of the resources had downloaded - and I think that was from some time ago when it was available as a preview.

I haven't looked at the cloud / download options in the beta and I would have expected them to all download automatically. Is that not the case?

I have now downloaded them and it now shows up as an available course.

Are you expecting that Suggested Resources you own would download automatically with a fresh install?  The cloud / download options for a fresh install are 2 or 3 sets of "curated" resources, so you would have to download the Course if necessary, followed by clicking each of the Suggested Resources to download them (or buy them if necessary) .

Sorry Dave - reviewing what I wrote earlier I realise I wasn't at all clear!

I was referring to the core components of the course itself - those outlined in red below. They didn't download automatically, I needed to download them manually

Graham,

Do you have "Automatically Download New Resources" turned on?

But I made assumptions about resources and "cloud" download options! It's very clear now.

Hi Philana

Philana R. Crouch:

No I don't - which I accept could explain this.

If so, and if someone simply wants to ensure that all resources are downloaded to a particular installation then this would need to be turned on.

If so, that's another reason - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/178603.aspx - why I think there should be a scheduling option available with that setting.
