Syncing "Resource Collections" to my iPhone

I recently revamped my whole "Resource Collections" on my MacBook Pro. How do I get the recent "Resource Collections" to sync or repopulate on my Verbum iPhone app? Thanks in advance!

Collections are not presently supported in the mobile app. Sorry.

That is strange because when I do a search in my iPhone Verbum now it has my Resource Collection list as it was before I revised it on my Mac. 

But if you are correct, I hope they update this for devices soon :-)

Aye, I'd be intrigued to know when support was removed. I know I've got issues searching collections that I have got - I get the same results as I would for a full library search, regardless of which collection I choose.

I have some (limited) success with the text comparison collections I've set up.

I can confirm that in our Mobile apps, Collections are supported for Search and Text Comparison.  

Ray, if you are still having trouble with this, can you please send us your logs?  Please do the following:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap the  Menu icon.
  3. Tap  Help.
  4. Press "Report a Problem"

A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Please enter a description of the problem, including as much information as possible, like what resource collections are unsearchable on Mobile. When finished, press "Send" to send your report. A technician will reply as soon as possible.
