SongSelect by CCLI "An error occured getting results"

In the recent weeks, when I was trying to add songs via SongSelect by CCLI, the returned result under it will appeared "An error occured getting results".

I had tried re-linking the CCLI account, reset the clock time and I still facing the same issues. Not just on my MacbookPro, it also occured on the church's another users' laptop. Please see attached log file.

Hello Bernard,

Sorry for the trouble!  Can you log into SongSelect's website with the same credentials here?

If you can, then you may want to contact CCLI about the status of your account.  The error message being returned is Permission Denied, indicating either wrong login credentials or the account isn't currently active with a paid SongSelect subscription.
