How do we find out about purchasing the previous month's Featured Book of the Month?

This month it's featured through 10/1/2019. What happened to the offer to purchase the previous FeaturedBOTM at a discount? Is that posted somewhere or is by email notification? It may have dropped through the cracks when NOW went away. Anyway, I found this item at 40% off because it was June's FeaturedBOTM. I couldn't find it listed in any of the sales, I just happened to stumble accross it. How do we find out about it?

I agree. If the previous title of the month does get a special sale it would be nice if mentioned on this page as well. In the past we got emails about these and I just assumed they went away
