Resources won't download to ipad mobil app. I cannot report the issue.

Resources that I had previously tried to download were stuck with the info screen for each resource showing "Downloading." I have 4 Gb of free space on the ipad. I could not report the problem because after typing my email through the Help link, the "send" link remained greyed out."

I uninstalled the Logos app, and reinstalled. I can now download resources, however, when the download is complete, the circle with the "i" in the middle does not show as filled on several of the resources. However, if I click on the circle to get more info, the "Remove" button is available indicating that the resource has indeed been downloaded. Again, I tried to report the problem through the Help menu, but after typing my email, the "send" link remains greyed out.

Hi Rob, I am sorry to hear that you have been having so much difficulty.

From your description, it sounds like your device might be running out of space.  Can you please double check on this?  Here is an article which offers advice in this regard.

Do you have an email account set up on your iPad?

If you go into airplane mode, can you access the resource? 

Have you tried a full shut down of the device?
