Would you consider 'Analytical Key to the Old Testament' useful, or does it include just the same information Logos already offers on its own?

You might look at a lengthy review on Amazon (scroll down). Goodness, they're pricey.
Analytical Keys are the Selectric typewriters in the mid-80s, before word processors. And this resource in 1989, on its last legs. The only use I can imagine is on a strict text reader (eg Kindle) where interlinears are not feasible.
My preference is Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible (LHI) with interlinear lines displayed:
