I am experiencing a very frustrating issue with Proclaim Video Loops and I hope someone can help. Whenever a video background loops during a slide transition (typically every 30 seconds or so) the background will go black then start again at the beginning.  If I just let the video sit and loop continuously without changing slides the loop transitions fine.  The problem only seems to occur when the loop seem collides with the slide transition.

Take a look at this screen capture https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IrZ8JGJMwReyrBKClf5hDRjf_G5CiyMd/view?usp=sharing. Stop the video at 0:31 and 1:03 and you will notice that the video disappears while the words stay on screen. 

Here is another example https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AoVgH7gieBNmOHdj87GY5p9HGCFXZG9G?usp=sharing.  Notice the flicker at 0:25 where the background video goes black, but the words are still present.  Also included in this upload are videos of the system task manager during the 1-minute example in Proclaim to show the system resources during the test.

We are running the latest version of Proclaim on three computers with all the drivers and operating systems updated.  All three computers have high powered i7 processors, 16GB ram, 512SSD, etc... I even put a gaming graphics card in one of them.  Here are the specs on our main presentation computer:

DELL OptiPlex 7050
Quad Core i7 6700 3.4Ghz
16GB DDR4 RAM
512GB SSD Hard Drive
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 OC 4GB GDDR5 128-Bit GPU
Windows 10 Pro

This is NOT a hardware issue.  I have been working with Faithlife Support on this issue for a couple of months and they seem to have lost interest, so I am turning to the forums for help.  If anyone has a solution, please help!

Hello Craig,

Sorry for the frustration, these issues can be hard to narrow down.  Have you tried fiddling with any settings in your control panel? 

You also said, "I even put a gaming graphics card in one of them".  Did it not come with a discrete video card originally and you installed it after?

Hi Justin,

Thank you for the post.  Yes, all three computers I tested had discrete video cards.  I would never purchase a computer with integrated video.  I installed a high end graphics card to eliminate the suspicion that the issue is caused by the video card.
