I'm running Windows 10 (1903), and Logos, on a Dell XPS 15 9570 4K notebook with a 4K external monitor.  I have the 15" screen windows-scaled at 250% and the external monitor aat 150% (recommended).  What I now notice is that pop-up windows for Bible references and footnotes (only when hovering) are always scaled at the 250% (i.e., they are very large on external monitor).  If they are "clicked", they look fine.  I'm not sure which version(s) started showing this behavior, but had to be fairly recently.

This is a known bug in Logos when it's used on monitors with different DPI settings. I've added a link to this thread to our case tracking the issue so we can post any updates here.
