Milkman:

test.

This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. This is only a test. If this had been a real emergency, we wouldn't be on these forums.

Yee haw!

For some reason I began to get my posts and replies directed to my email. Well hopefully that's all taken care of. I don't recall resetting my preferences, but a nice young lady at CS helped me.

I plead the fifth.

Did you subscribe to a thread? If so, you would get an email anytime someone responded.

I actually defaulted to NO emails whether it was an OP or a reply to a thread or someone's reply to mine.

I called CS and they said it was just one of those things. "it's software" he said. blah blah blah.

I am not talking about any settings. There is a link on the upper right hand corner of every thread which says, “email me when someone replies.” It isn’t too difficult to click on by accident. If that happens, it is easy enough to track down by following the link in the email.
