Dear Logos friends,

Many of you will never check in on the Linux thread, so I figured I would post this request for help in the General forum.

We have some amazing users who have Logos running quite nicely on Linux through WINE. There are a few remaining bugs that we could use the assistance of the developers of that community to help our team with - the catch? We need votes to get into the Top 10 to really get the attention of those developers.

For those who would be willing to help us Linux users, all it takes is signing up for a free account and voting 3 times for Logos Bible Software. If we can get 33 users to do so, we would be close or in the Top 10....

Here's the link: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=38306

Sign up for the free account, go back to this link and there will be a "Vote" button - click it and a page will arrive with 3 check boxes. Choose one of the three and click Submit. Click vote again and do the same for the next check box that is unassigned and click Submit and finally do the same a third time.

Your fellow users would greatly appreciate it!!!!

A BIG thank you to anyone that has voted for your Linux Logos users - we are up to #47

If we can get 34 of our Windows, Mac and Linux brothers and sisters to take a few minutes to go to the link and use their three votes for Logos - we will be in the Top 10 - which helps our awesome team from the forums attain the attention from WineHQ and could lead to a 100% functional Logos in Linux.

Thank you to all who have voted - we are now in the 30s - if we could get 10 more users to help us out with 3 votes each, we can be in the Top 15 range. This would be a huge benefit to your fellow Logos users who are running Linux.

Some may wonder if it is worth the port to Linux - just as a testimonial to the great job those who have made it possible have done:

I have been running strictly Linux for almost 2 months and Logos works very good! So the team has already done a great job - we have a daily driver of Logos on Linux.

There are a few items the team could use the developer community's help with and that becomes more likely the higher we get on the vote board.
