New purchases not downloading

Is there a problem with one of the servers? I can access my new purchase via app.logos.com but it won't download... Tried both my personal and office machines which are in different locations.

Just a wild guess until the more knowledgeable stop by--have you tried restarting Logos?

I had this problem for a while that only restarting would fix--though that was a few releases ago. It's worth a try if you haven't.

Ah figured it out... there is no notification if you don't have auto download new resources enabled. They just show up in the library with a search and you have to download them manually. Oops
