Is anyone else having a problem with the Connect code for 3 free books not working?
Yep!
See here - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/187327.aspx
A problem for me too. A few books worked, but not all of them.
Sorry for the inconvenience, everyone. I believe this issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with the 2020FREEBOOKJAN coupon code. Happy New Year!
Doesn't work for me.
Same here, takes code but doesn't apply any discount.
Is not working for me
It is still not fixed Natalie.
Just tried it again and it still is not working for me either.
Just worked for me
I just tried its not working for me either..
Now it worked it was the books i chose
The books I choose are most definitely on the approved list, I have a relatively small number of titles left to choose from and so do not want to try alternatives books from the ones I wanted this month - I don’t want to use the lucky dip approach to see determine the books I end up with but would rather determine that myself.

It’s not working for me.
Jesse
Was not working for me last night until I chose other books than what I wanted.
All of the books I had to select were under $10 normally (but, again, I really did not even want the books I selected). Not sure if there’s a particular $$ amount it won’t take or what.
Bump FL this is still not working for many people.
Still not for me; trying to get greater men and women of the Bible volumes 1-3. I grabbed 4-6 last month
Issue remains for me - no Connect discount. Thanks!
Yea! It's fixed.
Works for me on the free books.
Problem, though, is that the code code for the free course doesn't work.
Is there a limitation on which courses the code will work for, just like there is a restricted set on which the free books code will work?
Yes, just to the right of the course code.

I’ve never been restricted on what course I can choose. I normally just go to Logos.com, pick the course I want from the full catalogue and use the coupon code.

Thanks, FL! Problem solved! I got 3 great classics, including Biblico-Theological Lexicon of the NT and a Dictionary for Targum and Babilonian/Jerusalem Talmud for free!
To those wondering if FL Connect is worth subscribing to, I think it pays for itself with all the benefits you get 👍😁👌

If the course shows as a bundle (3 courses) then the code won’t work, because it has 3 so it’s not considered as one. That happened to me last time I tried a course showing in the benefits but it was a bundle not a single course.
Thanks Dal and DIsciple,
It is a single course, with over 400 available if I click on the link to courses from the FL Connect email. But if I go to Logos.com and browse all courses there are over 600 listed. There must be some restriction, it seems.
FL Support replied to my email: "Yes, only some courses are eligible to be used with the coupon code provided. Please make sure to choose from this list and not change the filters on the left hand side as this will add on resources that do not qualify for the code." It's a shame that the course I was waiting for isn't on the list. Aw well. I'll just have to look and choose another.
Never had an issue picking one from Logos.com. Bundles are excluded which is what I would expect and would lead to a difference in numbers between the two sites. I have seen plenty of examples on these forums over the years where FL customer service gives out the wrong information because internally the left hand has not idea what the right hand is doing, but it always an honest mistake. What the truth is in this particular situation I can only go off of personal experience. Maybe one day I will find an individual course that is excluded and my personal experience will change but it would be much simpler is FL use multiple websites in order to hide things from users but had the one website and a simply flag on products not eligible to use with the coupon code. This cloak and dagger stuff from them only builds mistrust.
No, the course I wanted was not a bundle. FL customer services also informed me that the course I wanted was not included within those available for using the coupon code with. It is not cloak and dagger, just a limitation on which courses can be accessed free using the FL Connect coupon code. The restriction might possibly be on just the more recent courses, I'm not sure.
It is cloak and dagger in that they dont make it known which course fit can’t chosen, rather than disclosing that Information they are hiding it by telling to to pick from a different list. Why not be open about it, use the one list and indicate what can’t be chosen. What they ate doing is making it cloak and dagger.
