I am in the process of making my way through the DVDs - just starting. Though I learned Greek and Hebrew many eons ago, it has been years since I have used it productively. My question is this - is there a Greek (also Hebrew) text in LOGOS that might recommended to go along with and parallel the videos?

We use mostly the reverse interlinears. But we do have the Lexham Greek New Testament Interlinear and the Lexham Hebrew Interlinear. These are standard interlinears that allow you to turn on or off as much information in the display as you like. Click on the titles to get to the product pages or click on the verse references (John 1:1; Genesis 1:1) to open the resource in Logos 4 (provided that you own them). NOTE: the verse reference links may only work if you have 4.0d beta.

These are the tools you are showing us how to use - but I am looking for a Greek text that would parallel the details of the Greek that are being taught.

Floyd, there are Learning Grammars (these you might use as a text book in a seminar course on the language) and Reference Grammars. What you want is a learning grammar. There are a number of them listed for Greek in the section on Grammars in the Product Guide for Greek Bible Texts and Tools and for Hebrew in the section on Grammars in the Product Guide for Hebrew Texts and Tools. They will all be different and will all present the material in a different order than the videos, so you can't exactly use them in parallel. But as a supplemental learning strategy, probably going through one of those would be helpful. I don't have familiarity with any of them (I learned first year Hebrew from Seow's A Grammar for Biblical Hebrew which is not available in Logos format unfortunately or I'd recommend it), so I can't give you a personal recommendation. But they all probably have user reviews on that huge well-known jungle book website (hopefully the new revamped version of the Logos website will allow us to post user reviews to resources, but for now we have to rely on that other site).
