Hello. I'm trying to look up song lyrics with our CCLI account. Here's a screen shot of the error and a link to the log from Proclaim. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Erika,

I took a look at your logs, and it looks like you're getting "Permission Denied" for your SongSelect account. Try unlinking, then re-linking the account. If that doesn't work, you might want to contact them to figure out what's up.

Also, sometimes people have trouble because they've entered their CCLI credentials, but they don't actually have a license for SongSelect. I'm not sure if that's going on here, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
