Question about discounts

As a subscriber to Connect (no library) I thought I remember that we get some kind of base package discount, thought I could be completely wrong about this. If we do, is it possible to use this on the current base package 30% sale? I tried looking on the connect pages but it's hard to find a place where the benefits are all listed that I could find.

What happens in situations like this is that you get the larger of all the discounts you’re entitled to, which would be 30% off.

The only time a cumulative discount has happened for Connect subscribers is during introductory pricing for new releases.

I believe connect subscribers were offered an additional 5% off during the initial release of logos 8. We will see when L9 comes out
