I recently attempted research within my Logos 8 library, where I wanted to check various Bible translations for a word translated into English from the Aramaic (aka the Syriac or Peshitta) text.

I already have Murdock's, The Syriac New Testament Translated into English from the Peshitto, in my Logos library. However, I also wanted to check the following translations:

  • Lamsa's Holy Bible: From the Ancient Eastern Text

  • Etheridge's Translation of the Aramaic Peshitta

Upon checking the Logos store, I could not find either of these translations.

I wanted to post this to see if anyone can tell me whether I am overlooking anything, or whether Logos has any plans to make these resources available.

Thanks,

Chuck

Etheridge is available here: https://www.logos.com/product/30594/early-bible-translations-collection

I don’t see Lamsa, though.

Thanks for the information. So, evidently, Logos makes this resource available only through the Early Bible Translations Collection (15 vols.), at a cost of over $100.00. Is there a way I can purchase Etheridge's translation individually?
