When I started Proclaim this morning, it opened my Jul 5 presentation because that was the one I accessed last on this computer. However, it suggested to open the presentation that has an August 2 date, rather than the one that has a July 12 date. Why is that? See the two related screen grabs:

Thanks

Hello, Brendon -- that's a good question.  I confirmed that the suggested Presentation will be the one with the most future day as opposed to the nearest date.

You should not hesitate to get back to us should you have any further concerns or questions!

Thanks for the reply.

So what you're telling me is that if I create skeleton presentations for each Sunday of the upcoming month, as I progress thru that month using each one, Proclaim will always suggest the last Sunday of the month rather than the upcoming Sunday.

I also change the date on my Master Skeleton to the next month so that if remains on my "Recent" list (since I cannot "Pin" presentations to that list), which further complicates which one is suggested.

Perhaps I am blinded by my workflow process, and I realize that it is difficult to make a product work for every user in every situation, but I think ii is much more likely that a user would want to access the "next" presentation rather than the one farthest in the future.

Thanks,

Brendon

Hi Brendon,

I'm sorry, I misunderstood when Brian asked me about this.

You're right, this option in the menu should show your next presentation. We'll look into why that's not happening in your case.
