I'm just curious why this is listed twice... It says I own them both but when I look at my library I don't see a TEXT ONLY version... anyone else have a text only version?

The Geographic Commentary is actually made up of two resources, the main text and the accompanying media. The product you linked to is the text resource. It's listed in the store so that our back end can use it when building collection information.
