Are you still seeing the problem?

If so, are there any changes to your network configuration?

Graham,

still having the problem. 

my network connection is good. 

I made changes to my sermon doc this morning, it syncs fine to the web app, but not on the mobile app.  I am running the current stable version of the app.

Still having issue with not being able to sync on mobile app- this applies to the Verbum app and the Logos app.   i have no access to my sermon on the app for tomorrow.   It does sync to the app.logos.com  

my network connection is working well. Since new books download to the mobile apps.  But not sermon docs 

any suggestions?

I have access to clippings, passage lists, notes, etc.   Just sermons are blank

This sounds very strange, Kenneth

But I'm afraid I don't have any ideas as to what is happening.

Deleting and reinstalling the app might fix it - but I note you are seeing the problem on two different apps.

Do you have any other mobile devices running the apps? If so, are you seeing the sermons there?

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.  


it’s the same on my iPhone 11 and iPad Pro.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.

Please send logs from both of these iOS devices, so that we can investigate further.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press "Report a Problem"
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press "Send" to send your report.

I already did that on Saturday. You should have it.
