In our rush to hit the published ship date for the Learn to Use
training videos, we failed to catch some editing mistakes. We’ve also learned that
the high-resolution video format can overwhelm some systems.
We have been collecting user feedback and logging all technical
and content issues, and we are preparing new versions of the videos. These will
be available for download as they are completed, and once we’ve finished the
edits we will make an updated DVD-set available to purchasers of Learn to Use
at no charge (including free shipping). We will also be producing a
lower-resolution alternate disc set for use on slow machines. (We’ll let
purchasers of the product know when these are available; look for them in
August.)
We're also updating our video capabilities to enable us to more easily manage large projects like this one.
I want to apologize for the errors in this product, and for the
inconvenience. It is our goal to produce quality products, and we failed to
live up to our standards in this case. But the good news is, we value fantastic
customer service even more, and we’ll make this right.
