Downloading resources

I purchased 4 resources from logos last month and after contacting Logos 3 times they still have not found a way to download those 4 resources to my computer. Anyone have a suggestion. I have rebuilt my index twice, restarted the program many, many times and updated all ISO software.

By what means? By phone? If so, did you grant them permission to connect to your computer?

Which specific Operating System? Which specific version of the software engine are you running?

Ray, sorry to hear you are having a frustrating Logos experience. On the off-chance that the help desk didn't suggest this, double check that the email address you used to log in to the Logos website, and purchase the 4 resources, is exactly the same as the email address you've used to register the Logos software on your desktop. For example if you purchased via 1234@... but the software is registered to 12345@... the resources will obviously not download as they are assigned to a different account. If this is the case, contact support and explain the problem and they should be able to sort it out. If not, please supply further details as suggested by JT as there can be many variables that effect this sort of issue.  In the mean-time you can also try logging into the Logos web app at https://app.logos.com and see if your resources are available there.
