You switch to a Greek keyboard (on Windows 10 I see the keyboard on the third place from the right in the taskbar).
Alternatively, you use a tool like Faithlife's Shibboleth to write (or click) in a virtual keyboard and then copy/paste - this may be more convenient if you want to get accents and breathing marks right.
