Hi,

I would like to see "Wiersbe’s “Be” Series" loaded. Only half of the books have been loaded.

Thanks!

Hi, I'm in need of Warren Wiersber's  "Be" series some titles are available but I use these often and I cannot access then through Faithlife nor through Logos, we were told that we would have access but when I try through Faithlife I get the message that it is available in Logos. When I go to Logos it is not in my library,

LOGOS had all the New Testament Be's in one volume. It may be that you have them but no individual volumes. See if you have this book in your library. If you do, you have all the New Testament books in one...

Swindoll Living Insight's New Testament Commentary.

Not a happy camper at this buyout.  Even with a now expired 50% discount, just before the release of version 9, to have to spend hundreds of dollars for a product that isn't as capable as WS, is just beyond comprehension.  I'm in the middle of a year-long study, and y'all and Lifeway do this?  "But, sir, you have all kinds of tutorials."  Right, listen to a new 3-minute lesson, every time I come up to something that may or may not be available in Logos. Why do WS customers have to wait anyway?  A customer service company would have done the resource conversion before dropping the buyout bomb.  Unbelievable, just unbelievable.

And before I get comments about adjusting to change, don't.  You don't know me.

The most important resource I want created by Logos from Wordsearch is "The Church Epistles" by E. W. Bullinger.

After that would be the entire works of Sir Robert Anderson and Rev. Charles Larkin.

I understand your frustration. I have used both tools for several years, although Logos was my favorite. You are right that WS was an easier tool to use and get to know more quickly than Logos. I am convinced there were legal reasons why FL did things the way they did, but that doesn't make it any easier. The good news is that WS is still fully functional, so you can take your time transitioning over. The L9 engine will be offered free sometime in the spring, so you do not have to spend money to upgrade if you do not wish.  A relatively inexpensive FL connect subscription might do it for you.  I love Logos and used it way more than WS, but there were things I loved about WS as well. They tended to have more application resources than FL, and, sometimes, at a lower cost. I also loved Instant Verse Study. It was my go-to tool for researching a verse on the fly. WS also had Thompson-Chain, which FL did not.

However, WS was not as powerful, and for research and study, I found Logos much more robust and flexible. I would call customer service about your coupon if you haven't already. They are helpful and may honor it anyway. I also have seen another coupon somewhere for 50% that is good for another 2 weeks. They may be able to give you that one. If you have called them already and got no joy, then I am sorry.

I hate change, and something like this, if I were not already a Logos user, would have me feeling the same way.  All I can offer for what it is worth, and it isn't worth much, is that these forums are a good place to go to get it and find out what you need to know if you need help.

I hope you have a restful evening and a good night's sleep. Prayers, Carla

How about a list of what still needs to be migrated?

OR better still an individualized list that each user can look at telling them what needs to be migrated AND allowing them to select the 10 they want first? Not sure if this is unreasonable in the effort required.

ALSO if we have already purchased Logos resources BEFORE something has migrated how will we get that cost back... a credit?
