My Logos Connect subscription has ended, but now Logos doesn't start up anymore. I have rebooted my computer, but it doesn't help. What to do?

Are you getting any sort of error message or is it just not starting?

Which version of the Logos app are you running? And on which platform?

Had you had Logos before Logos Connect? That is do you own a copy of Logos - free or purchased?

No message. I had Logos Anglican Bronze (not sure which version). But I found a solution somewhere in the helppages (it took me some time to use the right search terms): I could open it with a blank page, using the ctrl button. So problem solved! Thanks for your help!

Glad you were able to get it working. To remove the files of all the resources that downloaded, but are no longer accessible due to the termination of Faithlife Connect you may want to type:

delete unlicensed resources 

in the command box.
