Have Verbum 9 (// Logos 9) Silver.

I can create and paste a link into my Sermon/Homily Builder but it is not live and I just get the full link path itself.

How can I:

1) Rename the link?

2) make it live in Sermon/Homily Builder?

e.g. Let's say I want to create a link to a passage in St Augustine's works so I can refer to it later without finding it again. I can create the link to it easily enough, but when I place it in Sermon/Homily Builder, not only do I get the full path, it is not live (i.e. can't click on it for it to take me to the Augustine passage) nor can I rename it as say "Augustine's comment".

This is not currently possible in the way you describe - although it would be nice if we could do that.

The best we can do is copy a block of text and paste it into the sermon / homily document

That creates a block in the document (with an associated slide that can be deleted if required) - and this block does contain an active link

Thanks Graham. Maybe one of the techies at FaithLife might pick up the idea.

This is yet another basic function that is missing from the sermon editor.  I like some of the new changes, but it’s still very raw as an editor.
