4.1B1: Print/Export does not display Resource or Book names

Pick a Bible, e.g. NIV or ESV.

Select somewhere, e.g. Romans 3

Select Print/Export

The preview and any printed pages do not show the Resource (NIV etc) or Book name (Romans etc).

The Chapter and Verse numbers display and print, but thats rather incomplete in my view.

Update: The next beta will include a simple resource citation on each page in the preview, XPS Document export, and printout.
