(Verbum 9.2 Beta 2, Win 10.)
1. Purchase the Catholic Encyclopedia and let it download and index.
2. Open Factbook.
3. Navigate to https://ref.ly/logos4/Factbook?ref=bk.%25FrancoisArmandGervaise_Person
4. Expand "Dictionaries"
5. Observe "Dom François Armand Gervaise"
6. Click on it and open https://ref.ly/logosres/cathency?hw=Dom+Fran%C3%A7ois+Armand+Gervaise, which shows his name with the "ç" correctly resolved as such.
This bug does not appear to be consistent or universal (e.g., https://ref.ly/logos4/Factbook?ref=bk.%25JeanFrancoisChampollion_Person) but it does also appear at https://ref.ly/logos4/Factbook?ref=bk.%25CharlesFrancoisGounod_Person, so there may be an underlying systematic error. Note also https://ref.ly/logos4/Factbook?ref=bk.%25FrancoisClement_Person, which butchers "é", too, as does https://ref.ly/logos4/Factbook?ref=bk.%25FrancoisCrepieul_Person.
"The saints are the true interpreters of Holy Scripture. The meaning of a given passage of the Bible becomes most intelligible in those human beings who have been totally transfixed by it and have lived it out." - Pope Benedict XVI
