The Voice Bible locks up L9 for me

When I open The Voice Bible, L9 locks up. I've deleted the resource and downloaded the resource again. Once again, it locks it up whenever I open it to any passage. Please help! :)

Hi Lew:

I can't exactly replicate your issue, but I can report that on L9.1 and L9.2 B3 this resource takes a very long time to open from the Library. This is probably the first time I've opened it in L9; it was last updated May-2019. (I would likely use it more often if it were a tagged Logos Bible.)

I can confirm on my new MacBook Air, M1 running L9.1

Coming back to the topic... (sorry! Smile

As Robert mentioned, I also am able to open the resource, but it did take a VERY long time. Once the resource opened, all was well and I was able to use the app and resource as expected. 

This should be looked into by FL, but just in case you didn't let it sit long enough, it might be worth waiting it out. My previous questions might still be helpful to know.

Thanks for your responses. Indeed, it turns out that my experience is also the same, but I was being hasty because Logos was taking about a minute to open the resource. On the other hand, anything else I open takes little time. I've got a speedy computer, lots of RAM, SSDs, and this particular resource is unique among my thousands of resources in its slowness. I wonder if there's something odd about it (other than its size) that causes it to open slowly.

Thanks. We'll take a look. It's probably a resource issue as opposed to an application issue.
