What is the difference?
Also, what I'd like is to keep readings I've missed unchecked, but still be able to continue the plan. That way I see what I missed and when/if I have time to go back and read those. However, when I miss readings, the plan only wants me to read the first missed reading, even when I've marked readings past it as read. How can I accomplish this?
“Catch up” = mark all unread readings to today’s date as “read.”
“adjust plan” = keep unread readings as marked unread but make the progress current.

If you jumped over readings, you might not want to do either. You could experiment, but at the risk of needing to start over.
Thanks for the explanations. I don't fully understand your explanation for "adjust plan from here." Does it re-distribute the plan to do those readings?
