We have a team that manages announcements. They currently use Adobe spark and I import it as a video to the pre-service loop. I'd like to move them to proclaim but need some ideas on where to create a workspace for them.

My first thought is to create a service called announcements and then I could just copy and paste all of the items from there to the pre-service loop of the real service each week. They have a number of items that stay the same all the time and then update birthdays and events as needed.

Is there a better way to do this?

Hi Steve - and welcome to the forums

Is there any reason you don't want to ask your team to update the pre-service loop items in the main real service themselves?

I'm just looking to see what options there are before I bring that team in.

If they do it that way, I assume they could just copy the slides from the latest service and paste them into the new one and update them there. And that would work.

I was thinking there might be a way to use digital signage. That would just give them one place to go, but I'm not sure how I could incorporate that into the pre-service section.

I also have a question about how to loop announcements during the service section. Before COVID we did announcements during the offering. It was easy to loop the adobe video. I'm not sure how to do that if I have a bunch of individual slides in Proclaim.
