The app should auto-update but you can always download the latest release from: www.logos.com/logos4mac

Indexer

  • Indexer now prevents system sleep while downloading or indexing.
    Display will still sleep. This should remove the need for third-party
    utilities which prevent system sleep.
  • Searching for multiple terms now highlights each term in a
    different color. For example, in the query (Paul OR “Saul of Tarsus”)
    AND grace, “Paul”, “Saul of Tarsus” and “grace” are each highlighted in
    distinct colors.
  • Added “Send searches here” item to panel menu.
  • Fixed bug preventing the Morph Builder from properly displaying in certain circumstances


Log In

  • Holding down Cmd after launching Logos 4 Mac will now present the
    login screen with “Work offline” and “Use blank layout” options. This
    should allow users to restart without having to always show home page at
    startup and without having to delete layouts.db to get running again.


Guides

  • Fixed a memory leak in guides which did not free memory when guides were closed.
  • Disabled sections now have a context menu.


Updates Notifications

  • The app provides in-app notifications if updates are available or
    feedback if no updates were found. A “Checking for updates”
    notification is displayed if the “Update Now” or “Update Resources”
    commands are invoked.


Reading Lists

  • Fixed crash in Reading Lists when loading reading lists which have inline images
  • Fixed improper placement of more>> link in Recent lists view


Layouts Menu

  • The “Named Layouts” section in the Layouts menu is scrollable.


Reading Plan

  • Reading Plan List view doesn’t crash when opening and now loads faster


Notes

  • Fixed a bug which prevented note markers from displaying for notes which spanned several verses.


Resource Display

  • Clause visualizer navigate appropriately.
  • Display issues with clause visualizer were fixed.
  • Pasting references into the resource navigator now works.


Graph Bible Search Results

  • Configuration popups are now sized appropriately to their content.


Copy Bible Verses

  • Configuration popups will now reposition themselves so that they don’t appear off-screen.


Home Page

  • Suggested pericopes should appear more quickly when typing in the
    reference text box. Some crashes regarding this operation may be
    resolved.


General

  • Many areas have been updated to use better hinted Hebrew fonts
    (Word-by-Word section, Main window status bar, information panel, copy
    bible verses, power lookup, tooltips, etc.). Not every area has been
    covered, and user interface styling is still on going.
  • Copy Bible Verses command and Read Aloud commands are now accessible from the Command bar. See http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Commands for more information.
  • A bug was fixed that caused panel toolbars to occasionally appear at the bottom of the panel.
  • A sound now plays at application startup. This can be disabled by typing “set sounds to off” in the command bar.
  • “Copy to a new tab” has been added as a menu item for most panels.
  • Numerous visual tweaks have been made to the following panels and
    menus: Collections, Guides, Copy Bible Verses, File menu, and Layouts
    menu.
  • Popup window placement is more intelligent
