So it looks like there's no access to the ESV study notes on the ipod/ipad?
Are there any plans to resolve this?

The ESV Study Bible notes are currently in pre-pub with an announced ship date of Sept. 15, 2010.

I would expect that they would be accessible from the iPod and iPad after that. (I certainly hope so, since I use my Logos on my iPod at church sometimes!)
