Did the PL use the NAS even though the ESV is your preferred, or did you manually change it to the NAS?

This is a known issue that seems to have cropped up recently. Development is looking into it.

The Note was not meant to indicate an issue as I manually changed ESV to NAS (and I like the hyperlink for NAS as well as the text from NAS!).

There is no heading. You could say it is WYSIWYG, but I would prefer a single heading!

The headings are better delineated but column spacing is unchanged and still a problem!
